"Artichoke Socks"

1 skein of Opal yarn [or sock yarn of choice]
Set of 4 Size 0 dpns [or size needed for gauge]

GAUGE: approx 9 sts and 12 rounds = 1"

SIZE: Medium Adult

SKILL LEVEL: Experienced

These socks were so-named because the design resembles artichoke leaves, as depicted in the two insert pictures. The top insert shows how the design looks knitted with a mult-colored yarn.

Also, don't let the thin snake-like appearance of the sock pictured discourage you from trying out this pattern. When you put the sock on, it really looks beautiful on your foot and your ankle.
