MY CROCHET AFGHANS

This is one of my favorite afghans made for me and given to me by my crochet pals during an illness. This is my friendship granny square afghan. A work in progress as I'm still collecting squares. Just a few more to go. This is a fun little doll blanket I made with some of my own grannies. My Teddy Bears just love it!!

I call this my Checkerboard Ghan because of the checkerboard effect I gave the border. I call this ghan my Cozy Ghan because it's two layers. I made the thing so long, I just doubled it over, crocheted the edges together, and VOILA!! One big thick cozy ghan!! I love it!! I'm sure you'll recognize this pattern. It's very popular. But for the life of me, I can't find the pattern or remember what its called, so I'm calling it my Houndstooth Ghan because to me it resembles the houndstooth design. Go figure!!
